Un drumfest après une longue attente!

Eh oui après 2 ans d’attente infortunée nous y voilà! La 25^e édition du Drum fest Ralph Angelillo aura lieu Les 17 et 18 septembre prochain à Québec.
Comment expliquer l’impression de frénésie et d’excitation que nous avons de pouvoir ENFIN nous réunir autour de notre passion commune et d’une pléiade de batteurs internationaux tous aussi talentueux les uns que les autres.
D’ores et déjà nous pouvons dire que ce drum fest passera à l’histoire. Ce sera le dernier de Ralph (histoire d’amour qui date depuis 1993.)
 Réussir à le tenir à bout de bras pendant 2 ans avec toutes les incertitudes que cela comporte (autant pour l’aspect financier que la programmation, les transports, les annulations, report de date, les réservations multiples et diverses, etc ) cela relève du miracle. Le fait que l’industrie soit en perpétuel changement à tous les niveaux, avec bien souvent des préoccupations qui tiennent plus de la survie qu’autres choses ne facilite pas l’organisation d’un tel festival et pourtant nous serons bien là grâce à la pugnacité de Ralph.
Nous saluons le courage de son partenaire Drumeo qui ne l’a pas laissé tomber.
Pour Drumfills kafé aussi il revêt une importance inhabituelle, en effet le fondateur et associé Eric Boudreault y sera pour jouer durant ‘’le groove hour’’ Yamaha. Ce n’est pas sa première participation et nul doute que cela va groover!

 Nous sommes impatients à l’idée de pouvoir vous rencontrer et prendre le temps d’échanger sur vos préoccupations, sur le contenu et toutes autres questions à propos de Drumfills Kafé. N’hésitez pas à nous interpeller et venir nous saluer ce sera la 1ere fois que nous pourrons rencontrer nos lecteurs et auditeurs. Eh oui forcément nous sommes nés durant la pandémie.
Nous remercions sincèrement Ralph et toute son organisation (Jeff, Marc, Sophie etc) ainsi que tous les commanditaires pour avoir su garder haut le flambeau de ce festival qui demeure un des plus beaux et un des plus enrichissants au monde. Si vous n’avez toujours pas vos billets n’hésitez pas vous ne le regretterez pas! 
Pour toutes ces raisons je vous le dis bien fort cette année passera à l’histoire alors venez en faire partie avec nous!

A drumfest after a long wait!

Yes, after two years of waiting, here we are! The 25th edition of the Ralph Angelillo Drum Fest will take place on September 17 and 18 in Quebec City.
How do we explain the sense of frenzy and excitement that we have of being able FINALLY to gather around our common passion and a plethora of talented international drummers.
We can already say that this drum fest will make history. It will be the last of Ralph (love story that dates back to 1993.)
To manage to hold it at arm’s length for 2 years with all the uncertainties that this entails (as much for the financial aspect as for programming, transport, cancellations, postponement of date, multiple and various reservations, etc.) it is a miracle. The fact that the industry is constantly changing at all levels, often with concerns more about survival than anything else, does not facilitate the organization of such a festival and yet we will be there thanks to Ralph’s pugnacity.
We salute the courage of his partner Drumeo who did not let him down.
For Drumfills kafé too, it is of unusual importance, as the founder and partner Eric Boudreault will be there to play the groove hour Yamaha. This is not his first participation and no doubt it will groove!

We look forward to meeting with you and sharing your concerns, content and any other questions about Drumfills Kafé. Do not hesitate to ask us and come and greet us this will be the first time we will be able to meet our readers and listeners. Yes, we were born during the pandemic.
We sincerely thank Ralph and his entire organization (Jeff, Marc, Sophie etc.) and all the sponsors for keeping high the torch of this festival which remains one of the most beautiful and rewarding in the world. If you still do not have your tickets do not hesitate you will not regret it!
